Operation Fuel partners with local government and community based organizations at more than 100 sites throughout Connecticut to ensure that families in need have access to year-round energy assistance. In addition to helping you apply for energy assistance programs, our partnering agencies may be able to connect you with programs that provide assistance for food, clothing, health services, childcare and more.

The Winter Program for energy assistance closed on February 18, 2011. Operation Fuel partner agencies will begin accepting applications for Utility Assistance on August 1, 2011.
