a day at the Travelers Championship!
You will receive 4 tickets for any day of the tournament, a parking pass
and $20 in food vouchers.
One other winner will receive a pair of tickets for use on any day.
The winners will be drawn on Friday, June 7th.
The Birdies for Charity program provides Operation Fuel the opportunity to raise funds by collecting pledges based on the number of birdies made by PGA TOUR professionals during tournament week. At the conclusion of the tournament, the Travelers Championship will calculate the number of birdies made by the pledged amounts, and then will distribute invoices to each of our donors.
For example, if an individual makes a $.02 pledge and there are 1,500 birdies made, then that individual will be asked to make a donation of $30.00 to Operation Fuel.

National Bike to Work Day was held on Friday, May 17th. Operation Fuel’s program director Brenda Watson, delivered goody-bags to the faculty and staff of Wintonbury Early Childhood Magnet School who participated.

On May 10th, Lynn Vasquez, Community Relations manager for Connecticut Light & Power/Yankee Gas and Operation Fuel board member, presented to Pat Wrice, executive director of Operation Fuel with a check for $110,000.
This gift from CL&P and Yankee Gas will be used for emergency energy assistance grants.
