Once a month, the members of Another Road – Bill Benson, Eric Paradine and Deborah Gillespie – donate their music to a good cause.  Billed as one flute, two guitars and three voices, the trio performs at a different venue each month to support local charities. This January, Another Road will partner with PD Walsh’s Country Store of Falls Village to aid Connecticut families in need of energy assistance.

“We are happy to host their show and donate the proceeds to Operation Fuel,” says Maureen Dell of PD Walsh’s. “We hope [this concert] will help families in the Northwest Corner.”

Another Road will perform at PD Walsh’s Country Store stage on Saturday, January 19^th, 2013 at 8 pm. Their music pulls from over five decades worth of material – the 1960’s to present day – and features original songs from the band. Their music has been likened to that of UK Folk giants Fairport Convention and features three-part harmonies reminiscent of Peter, Paul and Mary.

Doors open at 7 pm, with a suggested ticket donation of $6.00 per person which includes entry into door prize drawings from local merchants.
