New Haven, Conn., — New Haven’s small business owners have until March 2 to apply for an energy assistance grant from Operation Fuel’s Project/BEST. This is a new program that provides eligible small business owners with a one-time energy grant of $1,000 and training to help lower their energy bills and become more energy efficient.
